For nearly two decades, I have specialized in diagnosing and treating cardiac arrhythmias, caring for thousands of patients, including complex cases referred from across the country. I have extensive experience with initial and repeat catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia, and complex ventricular arrhythmias, and perform the full range of electrophysiology procedures. My approach starts with understanding your symptoms, history, and goals, so we decide together whether medications, ablation, devices, and/or monitoring is best. I also lead a National Institutes of Health-funded research program advancing understanding of arrhythmia substrates, work that has shaped modern arrhythmia care. As an Associate Editor of the Journal of the American College of Cardiology and elected member of the American Society for Clinical Investigation, I stay connected to new research, so patients benefit from the latest care.
